On Sunday afternoon, in the Tampa Bay heat the Eagles' secondary gets torches by 35-year old Ryan Fitzpatrick as he threw for 402 yards and four touchdowns and one interceptions. The Buccaneers held off a comeback by the Eagles as they won 27-21.
Former Eagle, DeSean Jackson, on the very first play of the game scores on a 75-yard touchdown as it was a misread by the secondary. The Buccaneers, went up 7-0 and with 4:57 left in the first half, the Eagles tied the game at 7-7 on a 15-yard touchdown by Corey Clement.

The Bucs, retook the lead before halftime on another 75-yard touchdown pass by Fitzpatrick this time to O.J. Howard. They got the ball again with 46 seconds left in the half and scored another touchdown and went up 20-7 at the half.

At 9::22 left in the third quarter, the Bucs scored another touchdown to go up 27-7. Fitzpatrick found Mike Evans in the endzone for the score. With 12 seconds left, in the third the Eagles scored a touchdown by Jay Ajayi and cut the lead to 13 heading into the fourth. The Eagles, were able to cut the lead to six scoring on a 13-yard touchdown pass by Nick Foles to Nelson Agholor. The Eagles got the ball with 19 seconds left but fumbled the ball with 3 seconds left.

The Eagles' secondary, didn't play well at all given up four touchdowns and over 400 yards threw the air. Jalen Mills and Malcolm Jenkins had really bad games but I don't expect that to be a weekly thing. I expect the secondary to be much better this week against the Indianapolis Colts but they are facing a better quarterback than Fitzpatrick in Andrew Luck. The offense, didn't play bad at all just couldn't catch any breaks. Nick Foles, threw for 334 yards and one touchdown with zero interceptions.

The Eagles, lost Wide Receiver, Mike Wallace for several weeks due to fractured fibula, the Eagles have decided not to put him on IR meaning he could come back. They are very thin at the Wide Receiver position with Alshon Jeffery still out  recovering from shoulder sugary and Mack Hollins was placed on IR after week one.

I believe the Eagles, got a bit exposed in the secondary however, they will get better because it's still a long season. Carson Wentz, will be returning this Sunday against the Colts at home, Wentz as been out recovering from a torn ACL and LCL where he suffered last season against the LA Rams in week 15. Don't worry Eagles fans they will be fine!
