It's the start of week 8 and we have an AFC East versus AFC South showdown on Thursday Night Football as the Miami Dolphins (AFC East) travel to the big state of Texas to play the Houston Texans (AFC South). Both teams come in with a record of 4-3 and one of them will be getting their fifth win of the season unless they tie LOL! 10/25/18, Thursday Night Football, 8:20PM ET (FOX/NFL Network)
Miami Dolphins, (4-3) @ Houston Texans, (4-3):
The Dolphins couldn’t stop the run last week against the Lions and it put them behind the 8-ball early. Their offense couldn’t catch up and now they are without their big play player Albert Wilson. Osweiler has looked good with Adam Gase which has been a great system for him. The Texans are rolling with 4 wins straight. The Texans offense has been explosive, and their defense has finally shown up. The Texans have a good shot to keep rolling against a bad run defense that Miami has shown they have. Lamar Miller is a player to watch. Final Score: Texans 27 - Dolphins 23; Matt K
I believe this will be one of the more entertaining Thursday night games this year. Both teams are right in the mix in the playoff race; the Texans more so for their division and the Dolphins more of the wild card. I see this going back and forth and the Texans getting a late fourth quarter touchdown to win.
Final Score: Texans 24 - Dolphins 17; Eric J
Mike's Final Score: Texans 35 - Dolphins 14
