Week number seven Sunday starts in London, England as we have the Los Angeles Chargers and Tennessee Titans do battle from Wembley Stadium. The New England Patriots, go to Chicago to take on the most surprise team in the NFL, the Chicago Bears. The Kansas City Chiefs play on Sunday Night Football for the second straight week but this time at home versus the Cincinnati Bengals.
Week 7 Bye Week Teams: Pittsburgh Steelers, Green Bay Packers, Seattle Seahawks and Oakland Raiders
9:30AM from London, England (Wembley Stadium), CBS:
Tennessee Titans, (3-3) vs. Los Angeles Chargers, (4-2):
The second London game of the season features a good one as the Titans and Chargers clash. The Titans have lost two straight games as they look to upset the Chargers who dominated the Browns last week winning easily. This game could go either way as both teams are traveling pretty far to London however the Chargers are coming all the way from Los Angeles and I believe that will play an impact on them as they will get off to a slow start as they far behind early. The Titans hold off a come back in the fourth by Phillip Rivers and the Chargers and win by a touchdown. Final Score: Titans 28- Chargers 21 (Upset Alert); Eric J
Houston Texans, (3-3) @ Jacksonville Jaguars, (3-3), CBS:
The Jaguars return home after losing two straight games on the road against the Kansas City Chiefs and the Dallas Cowboys. They got embarrassed 40-7 last week in Big D to the Cowboys and never gave a fight after falling behind early they basically threw in the towel. I think the Jaguars returning home before heading to London, England next week against the Philadelphia Eagles will get back on track and win pretty easily. I don't see this being close as the Jaguars are mad as hell as to what happen the last two weeks. The Jaguars, also made a trade on Friday with the Cleveland Browns getting running back, Carlos Hyde for a fifth-round draft pick in 2019. The defense dominates this game not the offense however, Hyde gets two touchdowns in his debut. Final Score: Jaguars 31 - Texans 10
Carolina Panthers, (3-2) @ Philadelphia Eagles, (3-3), FOX:
The Panthers, come into the City of Brotherly Love losing to the Washington Redskins last week, 23-17. The Eagles, on the other hand come in beating their rivals the New York Giants, 34-13 on Thursday Night Football. I think this will be a tight game as the Panthers get the upset win in South Philly hitting a game-winning field goal in overtime.
Final Score: Panthers 26 - Eagles 23 (Upset Alert); Eric J
Minnesota Vikings, (3-2-1) @ New York Jets, (3-3), FOX:
This will be an interesting game as both teams come in with three wins each. Rookie, Sam Donald hasn't been great but good enough to have the Jets not sucking. The Jets, play well at home and that will continue as they upset the Vikings.
Final Score: Jets 31 - Vikings 24 (Upset Alert); Eric J
New England Patriots, (4-2) @ Chicago Bears, (3-2), CBS:
The Patriots, won their third straight game last week on Sunday Night Football in a shootout against then undefeated Kansas City Chiefs, 43-40. The Bears suffered their second loss of the season losing to the Miami Dolphins in South Florida in a pretty good back and forth game (mainly in the second half). The Bears at home, defend their home tuff and beat the Patriots in the upset of the weekend. Final Score: Bears 27 - Patriots 20 (Upset Alert); Eric J
Buffalo Bills, (2-4) @ Indianapolis Colts, (1-5), CBS:
Nothing to say much about this game as it's a battle of two bad teams. The Colts, have the much better quarterback in Andrew Luck and they win a low scoring game.
Final Score: Colts 20 - Bills 13; Eric J
Cleveland Browns, (2-3-1) @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers, (2-3), FOX:
Another snooze feast here as it's another game that features two bad teams. The Buccaneers at home win a shootout as both defenses are really bad.
Final Score: Buccaneers 37 - Browns 29; Eric J
Detroit Lions, (2-3) @ Miami Dolphins, (4-2), Fox:
This will be a really good game in South Florida with two fairly decent team going at it. The Lions, are coming off a bye and the Dolphins are coming off a win against the Chicago Bears. I think this will be a shootout in South Florida as the Dolphins pull off the win on a game-winning field goal as time expires. The Dolphins, will remain undefeated at home. Final Score: Dolphins 36 - Lions 34; Eric J
4:05PM/4:25PM ET Games:
4:05PM ET, New Orleans Saints, (4-1) @ Baltimore Ravens, (4-2), FOX:
A battle of four win teams as the Saints coming off a bye week head to Baltimore to play the Ravens. The Ravens, last week shutout the Tennessee Titans on the road. I think Drew Brees and the Saints go into Baltimore and get the win in a shootout.
Final Score: Saints 34 - Ravens 27; Eric J
4:25PM ET, Dallas Cowboys, (3-3) @ Washington Redskins, (3-3), CBS:
It's an NFC East battle in the Nation's Capital as the Cowboys look to win another game after their upset blowout win against the Jacksonville Jaguars last week. These two teams do not like each other and it's one of the best rivalries in the NFL. The Redskins, win this first of two NFC East showdowns. Final Score: Redskins 24 - Cowboys 17; Eric J
4:25 PM ET, Los Angeles Rams, (6-0) @ San Francisco 49ers, (1-5), CBS:
The only undefeated team left the LA Rams head to San Francisco to play their division rivals the 49ers. This was supposed to be the Sunday night game but was moved to 4:25PM ET in favor of the Cincinnati Bengals and the Kansas City Chiefs. The Rams, should dominate this game but they haven't played great the last two weeks as they barely won against the Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos however, they get the win here in a blowout victory. Final Score: Rams 38 - 49ers 7; Eric J
Sunday Night Football, 8:20PM ET, NBC:
Cincinnati Bengals, (4-2) @ Kansas City Chiefs, (5-1):
This game was moved to SNF as both teams are two of the best in the AFC and right now the NFL. The Chiefs, were on SNF last week against the New England Patriots and loss a shootout. I see another shootout here as Patrick Mahomes will continue to be the talk of the league as he comes out with another great performance and leads the Chiefs to a win. Final Score: Chiefs 44 - Bengals 37; Eric
Monday Night Football, 8:15PM ET, ESPN:
New York Giants, (1-5) @ Atlanta Falcons, (2-4):
Nobody thought the Falcons would be in last place in their division at this point in the season having only winning their second game last week against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Falcons will have their best game of the season and dominate the Giants.
Final Score: Falcons 34 - Giants 10; Eric J
