The 2019 MLB season is set to begin this morning, Wednesday, March 20th, at 5:30 a.m. With the traditional Opening Series about to be underway later today, in Tokyo, Japan, the Seattle Mariners and Oakland Athletics will begin to face one another in a two-game series. The remaining Opening Day games are scheduled for next Thursday, March 28th, with all 30 teams playing.

Time for Part II of our "2019 MLB Projected Standings" series - a series that strives to predict where each team will fall in the standings, within their respective division, this coming season. As is always the case, this is simply a fun prediction and not an exact science in any measure because a multitude of things can happen to the fortune of any team that might not be evident on paper.

Welcome BASEBALL Fanatics to Philly Sports Passion 2019 MLB Top 10 Right Now! Myself and Chris love baseball so much that we will be doing our own top ten right now just like MLB Network does every year before each season. We will each have our own list, we'll be starting with the catcher position. We've decided to do two positions a week, the plan is Mondays and Fridays hopefully however, some weeks might be different.
